   • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Customized products, such as personalized jerseys with names or logos, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

   • Clearance sale items or special offers are final sale and cannot be refunded.

3. Refund Process:

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

   • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

   • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the defect for verification.

   • We will provide a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation:

   • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

   • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted if the production or shipping process has begun.

2. Cancellation for Customized Orders:

   • Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
